When I mention that curses, entities, and cording show up in my work, most people picture Hollywood theatrics: smoke machines, rattling furniture, flickering lights. In truth, they are simply different forms of low-frequency energy. Each behaves a little differently, and they are far more common than most people realize. I see them often in subconscious healing sessions. There is nothing to fear here, only something to understand. Because when you understand them, you reclaim your power to release them.
You don’t see curses, entities, or cording. You feel them: in your body, in your emotions, in your nervous system, and in the stubborn subconscious patterns that resurface again and again.
Curses
A curse is not a witch’s hex or a bubbling cauldron. At its core, a curse is strong negative emotion fused with focused intention. That pairing sparks an energetic charge, like striking a match in the dark.
Here’s what most people don’t realize: that charge moves in two directions. It arcs outward toward the intended target, and it reverberates back toward the sender.
Think about an angry thought said with heat: “She’s such a b***h.” That energy doesn’t stay contained. It ripples outward, brushing up against the other person’s field, sometimes stirring friction, defensiveness, or a heaviness that is hard to name. But energy is never one-way traffic. It rebounds. The sender absorbs part of that same charge: tension in the body, restless irritability, or a thought that won’t stop looping in the mind.
Over time, those repeated energetic bursts build density. The resentment lingers in one’s energy field: subtle at first, then layered, until it shows up as agitation, pain, or patterns that sabotage progress. The irony is striking: the person trying to harm another often ends up harming themselves the most.
None of this makes you “bad” for having a heated thought. It makes you human. But when you recognize the way energy moves, you also recognize your power to change it. Subconscious healing clears those hidden charges at the root, so the field isn’t cluttered with echoes of old emotion. Instead of staying stuck in reaction, you reclaim neutrality, clarity, and peace.
Entities
Entities are not demons lurking in the dark. They are more like energetic hitchhikers. They attach to emotional density: grief, rage, shame, bitterness, and then crank up the volume on what is already there. If you are low, they can make it feel heavier. If you are anxious, they can make it spin faster.
Having an entity does not mean you are broken; it just clutters the signal, leaving you foggy, reactive, or “off” in ways you cannot explain. And just like curses, the effect is two-sided: the hitchhiker takes on distortion as much as the host.
Release the density, and the hitchhiker has nothing to hold onto. The field clears. The volume drops. Your natural lightness returns.
Cording
Cording is its own story. Think of cords as energetic ropes linking you to another person. Unlike healthy bonds built on love, trust, and freedom, cords are lower-frequency connections that pull and drain.
You will notice them as irritation that never dissolves, a sense of obligation that feels heavy, or an odd vulnerability to someone else’s moods. Sometimes cords remain even when a relationship has ended, especially if it ended abruptly. Those cords can leave an “open end,” creating a vacuum that pulls on your energy long after the interaction is over.
Cords can attach at different points in the body, stirring discomfort or emotional turbulence. Releasing them is not about cutting someone out of your life; it is about removing the unhealthy tether, so any connection that remains can be genuine, balanced, and free.
Why This Matters
Curses, entities, and cording are not superstition; they are frequency. A curse injects density. An entity amplifies distortion. A cord siphons energy. On their own, they can leave you drained, reactive, or confused. Together, they tangle the field, making life feel heavier and more complicated than it really is.
The good news is that none of this is permanent. None of it is stronger than you. And none of it defines you. With subconscious healing, the interference can be released, leaving you clearer, lighter, and aligned with your natural frequency again.
When you release what was never yours, you remember who you are. When you clear the field, you reclaim your energy. And when you align your frequency, you move forward with momentum.
Because the best way to find answers for you is from you. And your subconscious already knows exactly where to begin.
With love and momentum,
Candace ❤️
